    Rural, Regional and Remote schools are bearing the brunt of teacher shortages. Is it time to revisit the idea in this article, that families and communities in these areas need to be supported- in both practical and financial terms -  to help kids who are falling behind? Is community capacity building the answer? And does this place an unfair burden on families who are already doing more with less?
