    Most adults know how important sleep is but for some teenagers it can be hard to prioritise sleep, and hard to fall asleep at night.  The Black Dog Institute has released an app, based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia. Have you tried it at your house? What results did you see? Have you had success in other ways with encouraging healthy sleeping habits?
